Vriska has the ability to steal another person's LUCK and make it her own as part of her god tier Thief of Light abilities. The lack of luck isn't permanent, she really only does it when she needs to win at something and her own luck isn't enough or if she wants to be a dick and make someone really unlucky. This is, of course, where permissions come into play. I'll always ask before she tries it if you haven't commented here, but it makes it a lot easier just having a list to go off!
